Ranch House Storage is a self-storage facility at 9699 E Bankhead Hwy, Aledo, TX 76008. If you’re looking for our sister facility Bearcat Storage on Nu Energy Drive, you’re one property off; both are ours, but your gate code only works at the one you rented at.
There is no office here, and that’s the point. Pick a unit on this site or scan the QR code posted at the property, then pay online, and your gate and unit codes will be issued at checkout. You can do the whole thing at 2 a.m. on a Sunday and be moving boxes ten minutes later. The gate runs 24/7/365, every day of the year, and the property is covered by video recording with call buttons on the gates and doors if you need to reach a person.

Where do I find my gate code after I rent?
It’s in your confirmation email, inside the lease summary, along with your unit number. Search your inbox for “Ranch House” if you don’t see it. Save the code to your phone before your first trip. Can’t find it? Call (817) 383-8249 and we’ll look it up.
How does auto-pay work?
Set it up during checkout or later in the customer portal. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and your card is charged automatically. One thing to know: cards are stored per unit, so if you rent a second unit, add your card to that one too. Update an expired or replaced card in the portal rather than waiting for a failed payment, because late fees start stacking after the due date.
Is anyone on site?
No. The facility is fully self-service. You rent, pay, and access everything with your own codes. For anything that needs a person (such as billing, a stuck gate, a lost code, etc.), call us; there’s also an after-hours emergency hotline.
If I rent online right now, can I get in right now?
Yes. Your codes work as soon as checkout is complete.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes, bring a lock on move-in day. Nobody is on site to sell or install one.
Is this Bearcat Storage?
No. Bearcat is our sister facility on Nu Energy Drive in Aledo. Ranch House is at 9699 E Bankhead Hwy. Check your lease if you’re not sure which one you rented at.
What can't I store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables.
What are the upfront fees?
A security deposit that is 30% of the monthly rent, fully refundable at move-out. Admin fee is $25.
